Intro myself

Assalamualaikum.

Salam ukhuwah fillah abadan abada.

My name is Nik Noor Azlie bin Raja Seman bin Raja Ibrahim bin Raja Syarif. I am a descendant of Raja Jembal, the ruler of the old Kelantan Kingdom. But that's not what I want to talk about today.

I am a person living with Bipolar Type 2, and I write about my life experiences as a Bipolar patient to raise awareness about mental health in society. However, that’s not the main thing I want to share today.

What I want to tell you is that I will be sharing some of the knowledge I have with all of you, starting now until time decides otherwise. This is a form of therapy for me as someone with bipolar disorder, and I hope to receive your support and encouragement.
